Variegated minima jasmine has the same bulletproof qualities that make all versions a great tough groundcover for landscaping areas of your yard. This Cultivar of Trachelospermum asiaticum is known for its is striking white striations across each leaf. It is great for shade and also loves sun. From a distance it has a silvery overall color. It is very popular as a ground cover or border plant in the south! It's really nice in pots as well; it makes a great Spiller and Filler! Good for zones 7 to 11,
Vairegated minima is often found on parkways, medians and filling in shady areas under oak trees. Those big oak roots don't really bother any minima jasmine, just give it a little top soil for starters and it will root right in and cover up those ugly roots. It forms a dense mound by putting out woody undergrowth on vine like stems. It can easily be shaped and molded with weed eaters or clippers. We even have a customer who buys hundreds for a private topiary garden on her property. It's very tough, ships well and grows out quickly.
